To connect, you will need to enable the Bluetooth of both your keyboard and your device. Then your device will discover the keyboard and display an authorization code after you click on it.

You will enter the displayed authorization code on your Anker keyboard and then press enter to establish a Bluetooth connection between them correctly.

Here’s how:

  1. Make sure your device and the Anker Bluetooth keyboard are enabled.
  1. Press the Fn + Z key to enable the Bluetooth on the Anker keyboard if it is disabled.
  1. Your device should discover the keyboard. Click on it.
  1. Enter the pop-up code on the keyboard and click on the enter key.

The keyboard works for all iPads, and it is straightforward to connect.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Control Centre, where you can find your Bluetooth.
  1. Click on the Bluetooth to see a list of discovered devices.

Once you power on the Anker keyboard, it automatically turns on the Bluetooth and stays in pairing mode for a few seconds.

If you don’t connect your device to it while in pairing mode, the Bluetooth will be disabled. You will have to turn on the Bluetooth again before entering pairing mode.

Why Is My Anker Keyboard Not Connecting?

Anker Keyboard Bluetooth Is Disabled

You may not be able to connect any of your device to the Anker keyboard because the Bluetooth is disabled.

It takes just a few seconds for the Bluetooth to stay on after turning the keyboard on. If you don’t connect your device within those few seconds, the keyboard will automatically be disabled.

You will have to turn on the Anker keyboard Bluetooth again before it enters pairing mode so that you can connect to it.

Click on the Fn and Z key together to enable the Bluetooth of the Anker keyboard. Once it is enabled, it will enter pairing mode, and you need to connect your device to it quickly before it disconnects again.

Incorrect Authorization Code

Whenever your device is about to establish a connection to the Anker keyboard, you will get a pop-up that includes a verification or authorization code.

Your Anker keyboard is the one that gives this authorization code to your device so that your device can connect to it correctly.

When you see this authorization code, you will have to enter the code on your Anker keyboard and then hit enter to pair them together.

If you mistakenly enter the wrong code, your Anker keyboard won’t connect, and you will have to start all over.

Make sure you enter the code correctly on the keyboard and press enter. The code is in numbers and can either be 4, 5, or more digits.

Device Doesn’t Support Bluetooth

Another reason your Anker keyboard is not connecting is that your device may not support Bluetooth.

Whatever device you are trying to connect to, if it doesn’t support Bluetooth, there’s no way to connect to the keyboard.
