  1. Click on the Windows logo key and search for device manager.
  2. Run device manager.
  3. Once it opens, locate sound, video and game controller, and click on the drop-down.
  4. Depending on the number of drivers in the drop-down list, you will have to update everything.
  5. Right-click on one the drivers and click properties.
  6. Navigate to the Driver tab.
  7. Click on roll back driver among the option provided.

Dell recommends updating the device drivers and BIOS as part of your scheduled update cycle.
